Thanh Ho and his family started farming in 1984. His parents had a small vegetable garden in their backyard and their neighbors liked the vegetables they grew so much, they encouraged them to expand the operation. Their hobby grew into a business and today the farm is run by Thanh Ho and his wife Viet Le with the help of their daughters. Though they cannot afford the cost of organic certification, they grow without pesticides and strive to produce the healthiest Asian herbs and vegetables they can provide. They pick in the fields all day the day before market to make sure their customers get the freshest produce possible, picked only one day before it is sold.
